Vlad Heger / Co-founder
Vlad starts with the business problem: what is slowing the team down, what keeps getting repeated, and what would make the work feel lighter? He helps connect the practical opportunity to the system worth building.
jmax / Founder / Builder
jmax builds the websites, wires the CRM, connects the payments, and ships the automations behind the work. Marketplaces, booking flows, bilingual storefronts, and lead systems — if it needs to go live and stay useful, that is his side of the desk.
He would rather ship a small system people can use on Monday than a perfect diagram nobody opens again. Less chasing, fewer tabs, and a handoff that is no longer a scavenger hunt.
